Tribunal Ruling in Favor of Buck Keenan Clients

In an arbitration administered by the International Chamber of Commerce, Buck Keenan clients were sued for more than $11 million and accused of fraud, violating fiduciary duties and various contracts involving an oil and gas concession with the government of Cameroon. After a full hearing on the merits, the Tribunal ruled in favor of Buck Keenan’s clients and ordered that Claimants’ take nothing. The Tribunal ultimately awarded Buck Keenan’s clients $293,518.
