Andrew C. Wright - Associate

Biography

Andrew C. Wright joined the firm in 2012. His practice is dedicated to international and domestic transactions and corporate matters as well as litigation. He has substantial domestic and international arbitration experience and has represented clients in AAA, ICC and UNCITRAL arbitrations. Prior to joining the firm, Andrew was General Counsel for an international independent oil and gas exploration company with offices in Rome and Houston. He has also worked previously in the Hamburg office of White & Case LLP and ExxonMobil.

Andrew received a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Colgate University in 2004, his law degree from South Texas College of Law in 2007, and a Master of International Law and Business from Bucerius Law School/WHU School of Management in Germany in 2008.

Andrew is a member of the Association of International Petroleum Negotiators, Houston International Arbitration Club, and the Houston Bar Association Oil, Gas and Mineral Law, and International Law Sections.

Andrew is a Fellow of the Texas Bar Foundation and a Lifetime Member of the National Eagle Scout Association.
