Biography

Grant Harpold has substantial experience representing large corporations, small businesses and individuals who have been sued, need to file suit or need advice in relation to a transaction, contract or service. Grant has been Board Certified in Civil Trial Law by The Texas Board of Legal Specialization since 1997. He is also AV-rated by Martindale-Hubbell (its highest peer review).

The following is a sample of some of the diversity of Grant’s law practice. For real estate brokers, Grant was successful in winning a historically significant case on the disclosure of property defects. Alternatively, those concerned about corporate officer liability and conspiracy issues, Grant was lead counsel in a Texas Supreme Court case that disallowed individual officer liability. Additionally, Grant has helped his clients obtain favorable results on oilfield services claims, employee/employer issues, insurance coverage, subrogation and on the recovery of money owed to clients. As counsel to the Houston Association of Realtors (Har.com), Grant deals with a host of issues related to the real estate industry.
