In Cause No. 2015-23038; Procon USA Collections, Inc. v. James P. Charnquist, et al.; In the 164th Judicial District Court, Harris County, Texas, Plaintiff sought damages in excess of $2 million in connection with a South Carolina real estate development. In Cause No. 16-0696; Eurenco, Inc. v. Clark O. Regan in the 428th District Court of Hays County, Texas, attorneys Mano DeAyala and Andrew Wright represented a U.S. subsidiary of a French-based fuel additives company in litigation and obtained a temporary restraining order, injunction, and favorable confidential settlement prior to trial on its claims against its former CEO related to misuse of proprietary information, violations of non-competition and non-solicitation agreements, breach of fiduciary duty, unfair competition, and tortious interference.
Attorneys Mano DeAyala and Andrew Wright represented a U.S. based energy company as Claimant in an ICC administered arbitration against a subsidiary of a London-based public company related to its operation and ownership of an oil and gas concession in Africa.
